One to one mindfulness sessions

Whereas you cannot attend the dates for a full 8-week course or if you prefer doing the course on your own, a one to one session might be the best solution for to learn mindfulness.

The session could follow the 8-week MBSR course or we could customise the sessions to your needs to best familiarise yourself with the different mindfulness practices and incorporate them into your daily life.
